The guilty smoker

Food handlers should not be smoking in the kitchen or while handling food. The cigarette bud or ashes might drop into the food during preparation. This will endanger consumers  and add unwanted ingredients to the dish. Furthermore, the cigarette ashes  have black/grayish undertones which makes it difficult to detect when dropped.
